Support/Project Manager: Candidates will provide service and support to clients by managing and resolving issues, leading clients through pre-installation, system design, training and installation, gather feedback and enhancement information and insure timely delivery of services and support. Qualified candidates should have 5+years work experience, 1+ years account or project management experience, strong organizational and planning skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication and teamwork skills are required. Programmer/Analyst: Candidates will review, analyze, and modify software including coding, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and documenting programs. Qualified candidates should possess an Associates degree in related field with work experience. Experience with Install Shield is desired. Experience with ProvideX Business Basic (www.pvx.com) is a plus, but not necessary for qualified candidates. System Administrator: Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UNIX/Linux/Windows based systems, hardware, and networks. This position involves the support and maintenance of existing customers as well as the installation of new customers’ systems. Qualified candidates should possess a degree in related field with 3+ years work experience. Applicants must have excellent troubleshooting and verbal skills for customer technical support. Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, UNIX administration, and Windows PC’s is a requirement. Professional Services Manager/Trainer: Responsibilities include managing the software implementation and new product installation for current and new clients, managing the Professional Service team in planning, implementation and writing of all manuals for software products, designing and training of all curriculum and training materials either remotely or on site. Call Center Supervisor/Reservationists: Immediate Openings for dependable reservationists for weekend hours with the ability to work weekday hours as needed. It will require the ability to process and retain knowledge for multiple hotels. Depending on qualifications, this position may overflow into our Professional Services Training department.
